At BTB we believe in developing an atmosphere of teamwork and respect. We have worked hard to create a place where your child will feel safe and willing to try new things.
- Culture of Sportsmanship: Beyond the Bell programs adhere to a strict Code of Conduct that creates a culture of respect. Beyond the Bell treats each child with respect. In turn, we ask that your child treats the other participants, staff, environment and themselves respectfully as well. Participants and parents are asked to read and abide by the guidelines and rules contained in the Parent Handbook.
- A Culture of Exploration: Participants are encouraged to grow and develop by participating in activities that may put them outside their comfort zone. Beyond the Bell is dedicated to helping children try new experiences to strengthen their bodies and expand their minds.
- A Culture of Empowerment: Participants are expected to make healthy choices and take responsibility for their actions. Opportunities for leadership, teamwork, creativity and responsibility are provided with the goal of empowering participants to develop into capable, confident young people.
